MIXERS FOR FOAMED CONCRETE

Foamed concrete can be freshly produced and placed at any point of use, at rates up to 1m³/minute, using a truck mounted Cementech volumetric mobile mixer.

The efficient, variable slope auger system allows densities between 1700 and 1900kg/m³ to be achieved.

The driver is in complete control, giving complete flexibility over scheduling, including night-time and weekend working. This self-contained mobile plant, eliminates the expense of opening and manning expensive static concrete plants out of hours, and transport to site.

Consecutive mixes from primary and recycled aggregates can be achieved, without any of the quality considerations due to cross contamination, which normally prohibit the use of recycled aggregates.
